Ingredients:
- 1 inch thick Ahi Tuna
- 1 tsp salt & pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp grass fed butter
Instructions:
- Heat the butter in a frying pan on medium heat
- Once the butter starts to bubble, add the tuna
- Sear each side for 1 ½ minutes
- Enjoy!
