Perfectly Seared Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 1 inch thick Ahi Tuna
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp grass fed butter

                Instructions:

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan on medium heat
  2. Once the butter starts to bubble, add the tuna
  3. Sear each side for 1 ½ minutes
  4. Enjoy!
