Ingredients:
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400ᵒF. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Note: if it’s difficult to slice, microwave it for a couple of minutes to soften the outside flesh
- Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds
- Coat the spaghetti squash with the olive oil and season
- Put the spaghetti squash face down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook for 40-50 minutes. If you can pierce the flesh with a knife then the spaghetti squash is done
- Let it cool then use a fork to scrape the inside to create spaghetti noodles
