Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • 2tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ᵒF. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Note: if it’s difficult to slice, microwave it for a couple of minutes to soften the outside flesh
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds
  3. Coat the spaghetti squash with the olive oil and season
  4. Put the spaghetti squash face down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook for 40-50 minutes. If you can pierce the flesh with a knife then the spaghetti squash is done
  5. Let it cool then use a fork to scrape the inside to create spaghetti noodles
