Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
1 ½ c Almond Flour
1/3 c Almond Milk
½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Cinnamon
½ c Peanut Butter
1 ½ c Chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ᵒF
- Mash banana in a large bowl. Then add in almond milk and peanut butter, stir until well combined
- Add the almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a small bowl and whisk until well combined
- Add the dry mixture to the large bowl of wet ingredients. Then add in the chocolate chips
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop a ball of dough into your hand and form into cookie shape. Once you have filled your sheet pan with the dough, bake in the oven for 20-25min
- Enjoy!!
Notes: You will need to form these into cookie shape because they will not fall into shape
