Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

                2 Ripe Bananas, mashed

                1 ½ c Almond Flour

                1/3 c Almond Milk

                ½ tsp Baking Powder

                ¼ tsp Cinnamon

                ½ c Peanut Butter

                1 ½ c Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF
  2. Mash banana in a large bowl. Then add in almond milk and peanut butter, stir until well combined
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a small bowl and whisk until well combined
  4. Add the dry mixture to the large bowl of wet ingredients. Then add in the chocolate chips
  5. Using a cookie scoop, scoop a ball of dough into your hand and form into cookie shape. Once you have filled your sheet pan with the dough, bake in the oven for 20-25min
  6. Enjoy!!

Notes: You will need to form these into cookie shape because they will not fall into shape
