Ingredients:
1lb venison breakfast sausage
½ tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
Instructions:
- Heat up the olive oil and minced garlic in a large sautee pan on medium heat
- Combine the venison and spices in a bowl
- Once combined, mold them into individual patties.
- About 1 ½ tbsp of meat per patty
- Makes about 7 patties
- After heating up the minced garlic for a few minutes add all the patties to the pan
- Sear on each side for 5 minutes or until the center reaches 160°F
