Venison Breakfast Sausage Patties

Ingredients:

1lb venison breakfast sausage

½ tsp salt, pepper and garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions:

  1. Heat up the olive oil and minced garlic in a large sautee pan on medium heat
  2. Combine the venison and spices in a bowl
  3. Once combined, mold them into individual patties.
    • About 1 ½ tbsp of meat per patty
    • Makes about 7 patties
  4. After heating up the minced garlic for a few minutes add all the patties to the pan
  5. Sear on each side for 5 minutes or until the center reaches 160°F
  6. Serve & Enjoy!
