Here’s a little bit about me:
After being diagnosed with GERD and ulcerative colitis back in 2016. I dove head first into research to understand what was happening with my body. What started as a crash course in digestive health quickly turned into a full on journey into overall physical and mental wellness.
In October 2019, I launched Made with Meg on Instagram to share healthy meals and yummy recipes because who doesn’t love food that feels good and tastes amazing? Fast forward to 2024, and I’m thrilled to say I’ve expanded beyond nutrition: now I am covering mind, body, and mood.
